Two days later and still no connection!!
Anybody know where one can follow up on the status of these items?

I've got a fault logged because of this and the status of my fault is that "it is in the technician's queue"!!!

Its 108CEK251109, but my problem must be related to their maintenance (ref:NN0004039) and it does not seem as though they have completed it successfully!.
